Privacy Policy

What we collect

Nexxo may collect:

• Name.
• Email.
• Phone number.
• Business information.
• Profile information.
• Payment information.
• Login information.
• Device information.
• Usage analytics.

If you sign in with Google, Google gives us your name, your email and your profile photo. If you connect a YouTube channel to publish a podcast, we store your channel's identifier and the permission you grant, encrypted, but never your Google password. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers: we only know whether the charge went through. We also store which version of each legal document you accepted, and on what date.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Operate the platform.
• Process payments.
• Improve the service.
• Communicate with you.
• Provide support.
• Personalize what you see.
• Send newsletters and marketing communications, where you have consented.
• Protect the security of the platform.

Who we share it with

Nexxo does not sell personal information. We only share what is necessary with the providers the platform needs to run, and with authorities when the law requires it. Today they are these:

• Supabase, the database and accounts. This is where your profile, your posts and your business live.
• Cloudflare, the files you upload: photos, documents and videos.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, the check that whoever signs in or signs up is a person and not a bot. It runs in invisible mode: it never asks you to solve anything, and to decide that, Cloudflare looks at signals from your browser. Its processing is governed by the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Stripe, payments: event tickets, coin top-ups and membership fees when there are any.
• Google, signing in with a Google account and, if you connect it, your YouTube channel.
• Google Analytics, website usage measurement: which screens are visited and which campaign you arrived from. It only loads if you accept measurement cookies, and until then nothing is sent. It does not receive your name, your email or what you post.
• Google Maps, the maps where businesses and events are placed, and the address suggestions while you type.
• Voyage AI, search. It turns the community's texts into search indexes: profiles, posts, businesses, groups, events, courses and podcasts. Private messages are not sent.
• Sentry, platform failures. When something breaks it receives the error and a recording of what happened on screen, so we can reproduce it: what was clicked, what moved, and in what order. The recording is MASKED — text appears as blocks, what you type is never sent, and photos and videos are not uploaded — so it shows the SHAPE of what happened, not its content. Every session that ends in an error is recorded, plus one in ten of the rest.

Who sees what you post

The community is private: your profile and your posts are only visible to approved members. Keep in mind that the photos and videos you upload are served from an address that, if someone copies it, can be opened outside the community.

Security

Nexxo applies reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect member information. Even so, no system is completely secure. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure, and by using the platform you acknowledge that.

How long we keep it

Only as long as necessary to:

• Operate the platform.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Resolve disputes.
• Enforce agreements.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may:

• Request access to your information.
• Request correction.
• Request deletion.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Withdraw your consent to marketing communications.

You can correct your name, your photo, your bio and your business details yourself from your settings, without asking anyone. For anything else, such as requesting a copy of your data or deleting your account, write to us from contact. Deleting your account removes your profile, your posts and your business.
