How long does verification take?
We review every application and the document backing your company by hand. You'll hear from us by email within 48 hours. Meanwhile you can sign in, but you'll only see the review screen.
Which document do I need to upload?
The EIN assignment letter issued by the IRS, or your company's state registration. A legible photo or screenshot works; only the reviewing team sees it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from your settings. Upgrading only charges the difference for the remaining period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it does not renew.
Do I need a registered business?
Yes. Nexxo is a network of verified companies, and that verification is exactly what makes it useful: you know who you're talking to.
